First seive the Maida,baking powder and baking soda
Now take a pan melt butter,Milk and sugar mix it well
Now melt choclate mix in to milk mixture stirr it well
Now pour dry mixture in to wet mixture in portions add some finely chopped walnuts mix it well Now take a baking dish pour the mixture in to it spread some walnuts on top and bake for 30 mins.
