Ingredients

Serves 2

  • Seeraga samba rice 2 cup

  • Water 8 cup

  • mixed vegtable 1 cup

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Clove 4

  • Bay leaf 1

  • Oil 3 tsp

  • Chilli powder 1 tsp

  • Tumeric powder 1 tsp

  • Green chilli 1

  • Onion 1

  • Tomato 1

  • Cinamom 1

Directions

  • 01

    Heat oil in pan seasoning with clove, cinnamom and bay leaf

  • 02

    Then add onion, tomato, green chilli and salt fry upto it colour change

  • 03

    Add vegtabel( carrot, beens, etc) , tumeric, chilli powder fry it well

  • 04

    Finally add rice with required water.

  • 05

    After 5 whistels it ready to serve.
