Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 bowls boiled macaroni


  • 2 nos chopped onion


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp black salt


  • 1 tbsp italian seasoning


  • 1 tbsp oregano


  • 1 tsp red chilly flakes


  • 2 tsp pasta sauce


  • 2 tbsp tomato puree


  • 2 tbsp oilives


  • 2 tbsp butter


  • 1 tsp chopped garlic


  • 2 tbsp milk


  • 3 tbsp grated cheese

Directions

  • Boil macaroni upto bite for 10 mins.
  • Drain it and keep it under tap water so that it does not get sticky and after that drain the excess of water.
  • Now take a kadai and put 1 tsp oil in it.
  • Now add chopped onion , garlic and butter in it.
  • Saute it for a min and then add tomato puree.
  • saute it for 4 to 5 mins.
  • Now add all the ingredients one by one so that it is mixed properly and easily.
  • Add milk also so that the sauce is combined to macaroni easily
  • Now stir it continuously and add olives and grated cheese.
  • Mix it properly that cheese is melted and make the macaroni cheesy.
