Bread slices 6
Grated cheese 2 tablespoons
Grated cucumber 2 tablespoons
Black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Butter 1 tablespoon
Directions
Squeeze out excess water from grated cucumber
In a mixing bowl take squeezed cucumber, grated cheese, black pepper powder, salt to taste
Mix well everything
Take bread slices , and apply ready mixture properly
Cover it with another bread Slice
Heat some butter on non stick pan and Shallow fry sandwich
Shallow fry by gentle pressing till golden brown
Cut and serve hot immediately with tomato sauce or green chutney
