Ingredients
Serves : 4
3-4 boiled egg
1 small onion finely chopped
1 small tomato finely chopped
1/4 cup coriander leaves finely chopped
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 cup roasted peanuts
1/4 cup namkeen sev
1 tsp chat masala powder
1 cup puffed rice
3-4 curry leaves
1 tsp oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
Directions
First cut boiled egg into halves or small pieces.
In a big bowl , take puffed rice . Then add onion ,tomatoes ,curry leaves coriander leaves. Mix well . Then add roasted peanuts , namkeen sev , chat masala powder and lemon juice .Mix well .
Finely add boiled egg pieces . Mix well .Egg bhel mix is ready .
now in a small pan take 1 tsp oil ,then add cumin seeds and curry leaves . When seeds starts crackle ,turn off the gas . Pour this tempering on bhel . Egg bhel is ready to serve .
