Heat oil in a wok.
Add cumin seeds, let it crackle.
Add onions and saute.
Add ginger garlic paste and saute till the raw smell goes off.
Saute till onions turn light brown.
Add tomatoes and cook till it turns mushy.
Add all the dry spice powders and mix well. Sprinkle little water and mix again.
Add carrots and cauliflower and toss
Add paneer cubes and mix well.
Finally add the cooked rice and toss well.
Add salt as required and mix.
Switch off the flame and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
