Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • APF 4 cups


  • Sugar 1 teaspoon


  • Salt 1 teaspoon


  • Refined oil 3/4 th cup


  • Dry active yeast 2 teaspoons


  • Leukwarm Milk 1 cup


  • Grated Mozzarella cheese 3-4 tablespoons


  • Ready Pav bhaji 2 cups (little dry not runny)

Directions

  • In a cup , take 1 teaspoon of APF , 2 teaspoons of active dry yeast, sugar and salt
  • Add leukwarm milk and mix well , keep it covered aside for next 15 minutes
  • Bubbles will form in the mixture
  • Now , in a mixing bowl take 4 cups of APF, oil and mix well
  • Add yeast and mixture in to it and knead a soft dough
  • Keep it aside covered for 2-3 hours ( for proofing)
  • Later , after proofing , knead the dough again and take a big ball size dough
  • Roll out a little thick and big chapati or it
  • Apply dried pav bhaji on chapati evenly amd sprinkle generous amount of cheese on it
  • roll it gently and prepare a bundle
  • Cut it in 2 inches rolls
  • By the time preheat the oven on 200 degrees
  • take a ovenproof dish and grease it with some butter or oil and dust it with some flour
  • Arrange the cut rolls into greased dish and keep it covered aside for half an hour for proofing again
  • Top it with some cheese. After half an hour bake it on 200 degree for 25 to 30 minutes
  • Garnish as you like
