Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • Mutton 250 gram


  • 3 chopped onions


  • Ginger and garlic paste 1tsp


  • 5 Green chilly paste


  • Turmeric powder 3 tbsp


  • Cumin seeds 2 tbsp


  • Black pepper 2-3


  • Cloves 2-3


  • Bay leaf 2


  • Cinnamon 2


  • Oil 6 tbsp


  • Garam masala 1 tbsp


  • Coriander leaves 3 tbsp


  • 2 bowl of soked rice


  • Salt 4tbsp

Directions

  • Wash Mutton and keep it aside and chop onions into small pieces
  • Take one pressure cooker add 2 tbsp of oil , after heating add chopped onion and let it fry till golden brown
  • After onions fried add turmeric powder , washed mutton , salt and water ( as required )
  • Shut the gas after 6 whistle
  • Cut other 2 onions and make ginger and garlic paste . Make green chilly paste too
  • Take another pressure cooker add 2 tbsp oil
  • Add cumin seeds, bay leaf, black pepper ,cloves , cinnamon
  • Fry 30 sec. Then add onion and fry till golden brown and then add gringer garlic paste and green chilly paste
  • Fry 1 min
  • Then add turmeric powder, cooked mutton and washed rice
  • Add 1tbsp garam masala .Add salt water as required
  • Add coriander leaves
  • Make 2-3 whistel
  • Serve hot mutton pulav
