Ingredients

  • Corn flaks 1cup


  • Chopped carrot 1


  • Chopped onion 1


  • Chopped tomato 1


  • Chopped cauliflower 1/3 cup


  • Mini soya chunks 1/2 cup


  • Capsicum chopped 1


  • Butter 2tsp


  • Rai 1tsp


  • Kari leaves 5


  • Chopped garlic 1tsp


  • Dry mango powder 1tsp


  • Salt 1tsp


  • Red chili powder 1/3 tsp


  • Coriander powder 1tsp


  • Garam masala 1tsp


  • Samber masala 1tsp


  • Green peas 1/3 cup

Directions

  • Soak soya chunks in hot water for 15mins
  • Take a wok
  • Add butter in it
  • Then add rai n kari leaves in it
  • When it become hot , add garlic in it n saute it.
  • Then add onion, soya chunks , tomatoes n all vegetables in it n saute it
  • Then add all spices in it n mix it well
  • Then add corn flaks in it n cover it n cook it for 5 mins on slow flame.
  • Corn flaks upma is ready.
