Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Rice flour : 1 cup

  • Fresh grated coconut: 1 cup

  • Black sesame seeds: 1 tbsp

  • Jaggery: 1/2 cup grated

  • Cardamom powder: 1/2 tsp

  • Dry ginger powder: 1/4 tsp

  • Dry coconut : 1 tbsp finely chopped

  • Ghee: 2 tbsp

Directions

    Dry roast rice flour and transfer it to a bowl.

    Secondly dry roast fresh grated coconut till the moisture goes off and it starts to brown.

    Coarsely grind roasted rice flour and coconut.

  • 04

    Heat ghee in a pan, add dry coconut pieces and toss till it browns.

    Add the ground rice flour and coconut mixture to this and mix.

    Finally add cardamom powder,dry ginger powder,grated jaggery and black sesame seeds and mix well.

    Toss for 2 more minutes and switch off the flame.

    Serve with sliced banana pieces and serve it during snack time, healthy as well as delicious.
