Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


  • 1 tbsp maida


  • 1 cup milk


  • 3/4 cup boiled rice


  • 1/2 cup boiled corn


  • 1/2 tsp oregano


  • 1/4 tsp dried basil


  • 1/4 cup chopped onions


  • 2 tsp sesame seeds


  • salt and pepper to taste 1 tsp

Directions

  • Heat olive oil in a pan. Add finally chopped onions and sauté till soft.Add maida and stir for a half minute. Reduce flame and add milk while stirring continuously. Add seasoning, salt and pepper to taste and cook till a thick paste is formed.
  • Save 1/2 cup bread crumbs and add rice and boiled corn in white paste formed previously.Mix gently and remove from flame.
  • Mix saved bread crumbs with sesame seeds. Make round balls with above mixture and coat it with sesame seeds and bread crumbs.
  • Now take oil in a pan. Pour this balls in hot oil and cook them golden brown on all sides.
  • Serve hot with tomato ketchup
