Heat olive oil in a pan. Add finally chopped onions and sauté till soft.Add maida and stir for a half minute. Reduce flame and add milk while stirring continuously. Add seasoning, salt and pepper to taste and cook till a thick paste is formed.
Save 1/2 cup bread crumbs and add rice and boiled corn in white paste formed previously.Mix gently and remove from flame.
Mix saved bread crumbs with sesame seeds. Make round balls with above mixture and coat it with sesame seeds and bread crumbs.
Now take oil in a pan. Pour this balls in hot oil and cook them golden brown on all sides.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup
