Ingredients

  • Boiled potato 2 mashed


  • Salt 1/2 tbsp or to taste


  • Spinach puree 2-3 tbsp


  • Maida 1/2 katori


  • Kasturi methi 1/2 tbsp


  • Coriander powder 1/2 tbsp


  • Onion 1/2 chopped


  • Capsicum 3 tbsp chopped


  • Cheese 2 tbsp grated,


  • tomato puree 2 - 3 tbsp


  • Rava 4 tbsp

Directions

  • Mix all potato, onion capsicum, salt, maida in a bowl and mix well.
  • divide it in 3 equal parts.
  • In a first part add spinach puree and mix well.
  • in second bowl add Tomato puree and mix well.
  • Third remain the same.
  • Grease your hands, take a small portion from the dough and Roll It.
  • deep fry it one by one.
  • but the white dough, take a small portion, roll it in your palms and then roll it on suji and then Deep fry it.
  • serve with ketchup
