Heat milk in a deep bottom pan , when milk start boiling stir constantly .
Now add the rice and cook for few minutes or until the rice are fully cooked .
Stir constantly .
When the rice almost done and milk also thicken simmer the flame and add the jaggery and stir constantly .
Cook for another 8 minutes then add grated khoya and chopped dry fruits .
Mix well and switch off the flame and keep it cool at room temperature .
