Ingredients

Serves 6

  • 1 litre milk

  • 75 grams sugar

  • 15 gms raisins

  • 20 grams blanched almond

  • 10 grams roasted cashew nuts

  • 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder

  • 1 Pinch of salt

  • 15 strends of kesar

Directions

  • 01

    wash and soak the rice for 20 minutes

  • 02

    boil milk add the rice and stir until rice is quite tender

  • 03

    add sugar raisins cardamom powder Almonds and cashewnuts, soaked kesar and let all mix well with milk

  • 04

    serve hot or chilled.
