In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients ( expect saffron and beetroot pulp ) and mix well .
Cover it and rest for 10 minutes .
Now devide the bstter into three equals parts .
Take one part and mix the saffron .
Another part mix beetroot pulp and mix well .
Grease a appe pan with few drops of oil .
Pour the 1 tablespoons white batter then add 1 tablespoons saffron batter then add 1 tablespoons beetroot batter .
Cover the lid and cook for 6 - 8 minutes then flip it gently to cook both sides .
Serve with Coconut Chutney and enjoyyyyyyyyy ☺️☺️
