Heat oil in a pan add chopped onion and fry for few minutes .
Now add the ginger garlic paste and fry well , now add the soya Keema and fry for few minutes .
Now add all the sauce , salt and sugar and mix well .
Add the chopped dry fruits and garam masala powder stir well and switch off the flame and keep aside .
Now make a muffins batter .
In a mixing bowl add flour , baking soda , baking powder and mix well .
In another bowl add butter and sugar whisk well .
Now add the curd and whisk well , now add the flour mixture slowly slowly and mix well .
Add the lemon juice and Vanilla extract mix well .
Grease a muffins batter and pour 2 tablespoons of batter and 1 tablespoons of soya Keema masala and cover the cheese .
Preheat the oven 180℃ for 10 minutes .
Bake the muffins at 15 minutes and serve immediately .
