Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cup boiled soya granules


  • 4 tablespoons chopped onion


  • 1 tablespoons ginger garlic paste


  • 1 cup chopped bell peppers


  • 1 teaspoon black pepper powder


  • 1 teaspoon garam masala powder


  • 1 teaspoon salt


  • 1 teaspoon sugar


  • 2 tablespoons tomato sauce


  • 1 teaspoon chilli sauce


  • 1 teaspoon dark soya sauce


  • 1 cup all purpose flour


  • 1/2 cup curd


  • 4 tablespoons butter


  • 3 tablespoons powder sugar


  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice


  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder


  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda


  • 3 tablespoons chopped dry fruits

Directions

  • Heat oil in a pan add chopped onion and fry for few minutes .
  • Now add the ginger garlic paste and fry well , now add the soya Keema and fry for few minutes .
  • Now add all the sauce , salt and sugar and mix well .
  • Add the chopped dry fruits and garam masala powder stir well and switch off the flame and keep aside .
  • Now make a muffins batter .
  • In a mixing bowl add flour , baking soda , baking powder and mix well .
  • In another bowl add butter and sugar whisk well .
  • Now add the curd and whisk well , now add the flour mixture slowly slowly and mix well .
  • Add the lemon juice and Vanilla extract mix well .
  • Grease a muffins batter and pour 2 tablespoons of batter and 1 tablespoons of soya Keema masala and cover the cheese .
  • Preheat the oven 180℃ for 10 minutes .
  • Bake the muffins at 15 minutes and serve immediately .
