Ingredients

2 tablespoon ghee
1 teaspoon cumine seeds
2 cardamom
2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
2 finely chopped green chillies
10 curry leaves
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 cup rice (Ambemohar)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup peas
1/4 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoon lemon juice
2 cups of water
2 teaspoon finely chopped coriander leaves
2 teaspoon garam masala powder
Directions
wash and soak rice for 15 minutes
heat ghee and add cumin seeds, cinnamon stick, cardamom, ginger garlic paste, green chillies and curry leaves fry for a minute
now add turmeric powder & coriander powder
add rice and toss nicely in ghee
add masala powder, peas,salt, sugar and mix well
add water and cook in a vessel with close fitting lid on medium fire until tender and water is absorbed.
