Ingredients

Serves 2

  • paneer cube 1 cup

  • Onion paste 1 tsp

  • Tomato paste 1 tsp

  • Bayleaf 1

  • Cinamenon powder 1/4 tsp

  • Ginger and garlic paste 1/2 tsp

  • Gram masala 1/4 tsp

  • Soya sause 1 tsp

  • Salt 1/2 tsp as per taste

  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp

  • butter 2 tsp

Directions

    Add butter in pan add cinamom and bay leaf fry first then and add ginger garlic paste fry it

  • 02

    Add onion and tomato fry it

  • 03

    Add gram masala, chilli powder, and salt to fry

  • 04

    Finally add paneer , soya sause and salt to cook

  • 05

    Before adding paneer add it in hot water , keep it for a 10 min and drain water.

    Yummy paneer butter masala gravy ready to serve
