Add wheat flour, oil, ajwain, salt in a big bowl and knead into a tight dough.
Let the dough rest for 10 minutes. Now knead the dough for 2 to 3 minutes. Devide the dough into 10 equal sized balls.
Now roll the ball using a roller pin like a chapati. But little thicker than chapati.
Cut different shapes using cookie cutters.
Now perk the suhalis using a fork. Let them dry for half an hour.
Heat oil in a pan. When the oil is medium hot drop the suhalis one by one. Don't over crowd.
Fry till golden in color. Then fry the second batch now lower the flame n fry suhalis in low heat for 2 3 minutes then on high flame until golden. Repeat this step with all remaining batches.
After frying all the suhalis coat them with pink salt, chat masala and black Peper powder.
When completely cooled pour them into a air tight container. And use for weeks.
Serve! Enjoy!!
