For kofta:-Mix all the ingridents for kofta except cheese and oil
Shape into a small ball and put one small portion of cheese shape into a ball.
Coat each ball in bread crumbs
Heat oil in a kadhai on a medium flame, and deep fry the balls till the golden brown
Drain on an absorbent paper
For gravy:- Heat ghee in a pan whole khada masala and add ginger green chilli paste saute for seconds
Add the raw onion paste saute for a minute
Then add fried onion paste till the turn light brown in colour
Then add all the spices and saute for seconds
Add water as per require ment and mix well
Cook for 10 mintus
Remove from the flame, transfer the gravey in a bowl
Add a kofta in a gravey and garnish with grated cheese, coriander leaves
Serve with parotha
