In a medium bowl, whisk together dry ingredients.
Whisk in the milk and vegetable oil until all ingredients are combined and batter becomes lump free
Pour the batter into a microwave-safe mug, big enough for the cake to rise without spilling over.
Add hazelnut chocolate spread and chocolate chips in the middle of the batter.
It will sink in the batter by itself.
Sprinkle the colourful sprinklers on the surface.
Now set the mug in microwave and cook the cake for 90 seconds on high
Carefully remove from microwave and serve to your loved ones.
My tip- Place a paper towel into the microwave and set the mug on top (this is to catch any batter if your mug cake overflows).
