Ingredients
Serves 4
1 packet hakka noodles
Finely chopped onion 1
Finely chopped tomato 2
Finely chopped capsicum 1
Finely chopped garlic 2 teaspoons
Finely chopped ginger 1 teaspoon
Finely chopped spring onion 1-2 tablespoons
Soya sauce 1-2 tablespoons
Salt to taste 1/2 - 1 teaspoon
Tomato sauce 1-2 tablespoons
Black pepper powder 1-2 teaspoons
Oil 4-5 cups
All purpose flour or maida 4 cups
Directions
Boil water
Break noodles and boil in water for 5-10 minutes
Remove excess water and cool completely noodles , apply some oil on cooked noodles to avoid sticking
Now heat 2 tablespoons of oil and add finely chopped garlic and ginger
Now add finely chopped onion and saute'
Add finely chopped tomatoes and Capcicum , saute for 5 minutes
Now add boiled noodles , 1-2 tablespoons of soya sauce , tomato sauce and black pepper powder ...
Mic well , adjust salt according to taste and cook for some time
Let it cool completely
Now in a mixing bowl take 3-4 cups of maida , salt to taste , 2 tablespoons of oil
Mic well and knead a tight dough using little water , keep it covered aside for some time for rest
After a while , knead the dough again and prepare small balls out of it
Roll out small puri , cut it in 2 halves
Prepare a cone out of half of puri , fill the ready noodles stuffing , press it gently
Seal the ends properly, same way prepare all the Samosa
Heat 3-4 cups of oil in a hravy bottom pan , and deep fry all the chinese samosa , in low heat
Keep turning gently in between , deep fry till golden brown and done from all sides
This is my innovative recipe..as samosa is everyone's favourite and hakkla noodles too . Here I have done Indo - Chinese fusion .. Samosa with noodles stuffing . You also try it . Chinese Samosa are ready. Serve hot immediately with tomato sauce or Schezwan sauce
