Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 head cauliflower medium size


  • 1 egg


  • 1/4 Cup Mozzarella cheese


  • 1/4 cup cheddar cheese


  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt


  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano


  • 1/2 teaspoon dried Italian herbs


  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder


  • 2 tablespoon pizza sauce


  • 1/ 2 Cup Mozzarella and cheddar cheese for topping


  • 1/4 teaspoon of oregano


  • 1/4 teaspoon dried Italian herbs


  • 1/2 cup vegetables of your choice(capsicum, corn, mushroom)

Directions

  • In a blender rice the cauliflower florets, we don’t have to make a paste.
  • Now microwave the cauliflower rice for 8 minutes, until cooked.
  • Transfer the cauliflower rice onto a kitchen towel and squeeze out all the moisture.
  • Now transfer it to a mixing bowl and add slightly beaten egg, oregano, dried Italian herbs, garlic powder, sea salt, black pepper, cheese (for the base) and mix nicely and form a dough.
  • Now grease the baking dish and place parchment paper on it and place the dough on it.
  • Spread the dough in circular shape by pressing with hands.
  • Bake it for 10 minutes in preheated oven at 180 degrees.
  • Now take it out from the oven and quickly spread pizza sauce on top and sprinkle cheese and veggies of your choice like capsicum, corns, mushrooms,etc, oregano, dried Italian herbs.
  • Again bake it for 12 minutes on 180 degress.
  • Take it out from the oven and make diagonal cuts.
  • Flourless power packed pizza with lots of veggies is ready for your kids to enjoy. Serve hot.
