Ingredients

  • 4 left over idli

  • 1onion

  • 4-5 curry leaves

  • 1/4 tsp mustard seeds

  • 1/4 tsp cummin seeds

  • 1/2 tsp red chilli pd 1/8 tsp turmeric pd

  • 1tbs ketchup

  • 1/4 tsp soya sauce

  • 1tbs oil

  • 1/8 tsp salt

  • 1tsp coriander leaves

Directions

    Cut idli into 4-6 pieces

  • 02

    Heat oil in a kadai

  • 03

    Add cummin mustard n curry leaves

  • 04

    Now add sliced onion n cook till soft

  • 05

    Now add turmeric pd, salt and chilli pd

  • 06

    Add ketchup and soya sauce mix well

  • 07

    Finally add chopped idli n stir for seconds

  • 08

    Garnish with ccoriander leaves

  • 09

    Serve hot
