Ingredients
Serves 4
1/2cup Brown Rice
3/4cup moong dal
1/2cup Broken wheat (Dalia)
1cup Potato, Green peas, Cauliflower chopped
1cup Onion chopped
1tblsp Ginger-green chilli paste
1/2tsp Black pepper powder
1/2tsp haldi power
1tsp Red chilli powder
4cup water
3Cloves, 1 Dalchini, 1Bayleaf
1tsp whole jeera
Pinch hing 1/8tsp ,
1tsp salt
3tblsp Ghee/oil
Directions
Heat oil in pressure cooker add the hing, cumin seeds
When the cumin seeds crackle, add the cloves, dalchini, bayleaf
Add the ginger-green chilli paste and chopped onion saute a till golden brown
Then add moong dal, rice, broken wheat mix well.
Add vegetsbles,masala, mix well
Add water mix it presure cook 3to4 whistles
Then cook for 5 minutes on a low flame
Garnish with coriander leaves
Serve with curd & paped.
