Take a bowl add bread, rava idli , rice flour , curd , jeera ,chopped ginger , chopped onion , chopped green chillies, coriander leaves, curry leaves and salt
Mix all well to make a soft dough
Greeses your hand with oil and make shape of medu vadha by making hole in the centre with the help of finger
Make all vadhas with the dough
Keep all the vadhas and keep in fridge for 15 _20 min
Take kadhai pour oil and heat it and deep fry all the vadhas
For chutney .
Take mixture grinder add coconut , chana daal, salt fennel seeds, green chilles ,coriander leaves
Grind them to make a smoth mixture
For tempering
Take oil in a frying pan add oil add mustard seeds cook till it crackles .
Then add curry leaves ànd green chillies
Put tempering in the chutney
Serve hot medu vadha with yummy coconut chutney
