Soak rice,urad dal,chana dal, poha and fenugreek for 4-5 hours

Add cooking soda and keep for fermentation whole night
Morning add beetroot, chopped onion, Cummins, curry leaves n green Chloe's beetroot puree ,and salt mix well
Heat paddu tawa and pour batter into it.

Setve with chutney
