Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cup rice


  • 1/4 cup urad dal


  • 1tsp fenugreek seeds


  • 2tbs poha


  • 2tbs chana dal


  • 1cup beetroot puree


  • 1tbs salt


  • 1tbs oil


  • 1finely chopped onion


  • 1 green chilli chopped


  • 1/2 tsp Grated ginger


  • 3-4 chopped curry leaves


  • 1/4 tsp cummin seeds

Directions

  • Soak rice,urad dal,chana dal, poha and fenugreek for 4-5 hours
  • Gri d into smooth paste
  • Add cooking soda and keep for fermentation whole night
  • Morning add beetroot, chopped onion, Cummins, curry leaves n green Chloe's beetroot puree ,and salt mix well
  • Heat paddu tawa and pour batter into it.
  • Turn to other side also
  • Setve with chutney
