Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • Rice 2 cups washed and soaked for 15 minutes


  • Cabbage 1 cup think vertically shredded


  • Carrots 1/2 cup jullions


  • Capsicum 1/2 cup jullions


  • Spring onions 1 cup finely chopped


  • Ginger 1/2tsp finely chopped


  • Garlic 1 Tbsp finely chopped


  • Green chillies 2 tsp finely chopped


  • Spring onion bulbs 4 finely chopped


  • Soya sauce 1 tsp


  • Red chilli sauce 1 tsp


  • Black pepper 1/2tsp


  • Fried rice masala 1 Tbsp


  • Salt 1/2tsp


  • Oil 2 Tbsp

Directions

  • Add soaked rice and salt in 6 cups of boiling water.
  • Cooke rice for 10 minutes.... don't cook fully.
  • Strain rice and filter its all water and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in flat bottom pan .
  • Add ginger,garlic,green chillie in the oil.
  • Add spring onions chopped bulbs.
  • Add carrots,cabbage,and capcicum.
  • Add 1/2 cup of finely chopped spring onions and saute for 5 minutes on high flame.
  • Add red chilli sauce,soya sauce,black pepper,fried rice masala and saute again.
  • Add rice into above pan and mix nicely with the vegetables.
  • Add salt if needed.
