Heat oil in a vessel
Add whole garam masala
Now add onion slices
Mske a paste of vreen chillies, mint n ciriander by adding little st n ittke lemon juice
When onion turn into light pink colour add ginger gaic paste
Stir till raw smell goes
Add green masala, salt and remaining lemon juice
Add double amount of water
When water start boiling add soaked rice
Cook till water absorbs
Low the heat
Add ghee
Keep it on dum for 5_7 mins
Serve with any non veg gravy
