Ingredients

Serves 3

  • Venpongal 1 bowl

  • Onion 1 chopped

  • 2 Green chilly paste

  • Rice flour 1/2 cup

  • Corriander leaves 1/4 cup chopped

  • Salt 1/2 tablespoon

Directions

    Add all ingredients to pongal and mix it very nicely .

    And prepare a soft dough & keep aside for few minutes

    Make a small balls from dough & by using pressing machine give a gentle press to make round shape.

  • 04

    Heat tawa & place rotti & cook in medium flame till it gets golden brown.

  • 05

    And serve hot with coconut chutney .
