  • Rice 1 cup

  • Water 2 cups

  • Sugar 1 teaspoon

  • Roasted oats 2 tablespoon

  • Small mango pieces 2 tablespoon

  • Crumbled brownie 2 tablespoon

  • Pomegranate pearls 2 tablespoon

  • Tutti frooti for garnishing

    First heat water in a deep pan and add rice in it .Cook on low flame till water evaporates and rice become soft.

    Now keep aside rice to cool completely.

    Now mix cool down rice,Sugar and half quantity of oats to make a dough with using spatula.

    Now shape it like doughnut and chill for an hour.

    After an hour cover it with mango pieces, Brownie and pomegranate pearls. Slightly press with your hands so that everything can stick nicely on rice.

    At last sprinkle remaining oats.

    Garnish it with tutti frooti & serve chilled.

    Its definitely a yummy treat in scorching heat to Enjoy.

    My tip: Any type of chocolate syrup or fruit syrup can also be drizzled on it , to make it more attractive and delicious.
