Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • Rice 1 cup


  • Water 2 cups


  • Sugar 1 teaspoon


  • Roasted oats 2 tablespoon


  • Small mango pieces 2 tablespoon


  • Crumbled brownie 2 tablespoon


  • Pomegranate pearls 2 tablespoon


  • Tutti frooti for garnishing

Directions

  • First heat water in a deep pan and add rice in it .Cook on low flame till water evaporates and rice become soft.
  • Now keep aside rice to cool completely.
  • Now mix cool down rice,Sugar and half quantity of oats to make a dough with using spatula.
  • Now shape it like doughnut and chill for an hour.
  • After an hour cover it with mango pieces, Brownie and pomegranate pearls. Slightly press with your hands so that everything can stick nicely on rice.
  • At last sprinkle remaining oats.
  • Garnish it with tutti frooti & serve chilled.
  • Its definitely a yummy treat in scorching heat to Enjoy.
  • My tip: Any type of chocolate syrup or fruit syrup can also be drizzled on it , to make it more attractive and delicious.
