Boil water adding salt, drops of oil and whole garammasala
In a kadai heat oil and fry onion slices till golden brown n keep aside
In a pot add 4 tbs oil , ginger gatlic paste, all the dry masalas, ncook till raw smell goes off
Add chopped methi leaves to it
Add crushed onion
Add beaten curd n cook further, add paneer cubes also
Add chopped mint n coriander leaves.
Its done n keep aside
Once the water start boiling add soaked rice and cook till 80%.
Drain the excess water.
Now take a vessel add rice layer then paneer layer sprinkle some fried onion, mint and ciriander
Repeat the process.
Upper layer should be rice layer
Sprinkle fried onipn, mint,coriander and food colour of your choice
Cover it properly and keep it on dum for 10 mins
Switch off the gas .
Serve with raita of your choice
