Put all veggies except onions and tomatoes in a cooker
Add 1 small cup of water
Cook for two whistles
Open the cooker and mash the veggies with a masher
Add in the peeled potatoes too
Mash well and keep aside
In a pan add 2 tbsp of oil and 2 tbsp of butter
Add in onions and saute till golden brown
Add the chopped tomatoes
Add salt and Pav Bhaji masala and red chilli powder
When the tomatoes are cooked add in the mashed veggies
Keep stirring and mashing
Adjust consistency and seasoning
Add lime juice and remaining butter and cook a bit
Serve with buttered pav
