Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1.5 cup rice flour


  • 1/4 cup wheat flour


  • 1 cup grated jaggery


  • 1/2 cup fresh grated coconut


  • 2 ripe Bananas


  • 2 tsp black raisins


  • 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder


  • 1 /4 tsp cinnamon powder


  • 1/4 tsp Baking soda


  • 1 tbsp roasted sesame seeds


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 2-3 tbsp pure Ghee for shallow fry

Directions

  • Dry roast rice & wheat flour slightly brown.
  • Blend jaggery, raisins & banana in a blender. Grate fresh coconut
  • Mix all ingredients in flours.
  • Add water & make thick batter like Idli. Keep it aside for 20 minutes.
  • Heat appe pan. Pour ghee in each pit.
  • Pour batter in each pit.
  • Cover the lid. Cook on slow flame until golden brown.
  • Flip it with wooden stick. Now cook again until golden brow
  • Transfer into serving plate. once cooled serve them.
