soak basmati rice for 1 hour
in a pan take one litre water and make a potli of all the whole spices and add in salt and chicken
Cook for 15minutes only
take out chicken pieces from the water stock and cook again for 10 minutes
in a big Degchi heat ghee and add all the whole Garam Masala
Add ginger garlic paste and fry the chicken on high heat for 10minutes and then take it out
Then add sliced onions and brown it till golden
Take out half the onions and add sliced tomatoes with the curd and red chilli powder
Stir and add green chillies
Then add chicken stock and rice ...add more water if required
When rice is half done add chicken pieces and Kewra and cook on sum for 15
