Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 1 cup rice

  • 100 g paneer

  • 1small buch spinach

  • 2green chillies

  • 1tsp ginger garlic paste

  • 1/4 tsp garam masala

  • 1/4 tsp coriander pd

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1tbs oil

Directions

    Cook rice and keep aside

  • 02

    Boil water blanch spinach in it,run into cold water and make a fine paste adding little salt and chillies.

    In a kadai heat oil shallow fry paneer cubes and keep aside

  • 04

    In same kadai add cummin let it popups

  • 05

    Add ginger garlic paste and saute for seconds

  • 06

    Now add spinach puree, all the dry masalas and cookt till raw smell goes and oil comes into corner.

    Now add paneer cubes.

    Add cooked rice mix well

  • 09

    Slowvthe flame and keep it on dum for 5 minutes.

    Garnish with some paneer cubes
