Cooked Rice - 1cup Onions - 1 1/2 finely chopped Carrot - 1/4 cup finely chopped Beans - 1/4 cup finely chopped Green peas - 1/4 cup Spring onions - 1/4 cup finely chopped Chilli powder - 1/4 tsp Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp Jeera powder - 1/4 tsp Garam masala - 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp Oil - 3 tbsp Salt - 1/2 tsp as required
Heat a pan. Add oil to it . Then add onions and saute for 1/2 minute. Quickly add the veggies and saute . Saute less than a minute . Now add chilli powder , turmeric powder , pepper powder , jeera powder, salt and garam masala . Mix well for 1/2 minute. Instantly add the rice and mix. See to that the grains Don't break up. Mix well and serve hot.
