Heat a pan.
Add oil to it .
Then add onions and saute for 1/2 minute.
Quickly add the veggies and saute .
Saute less than a minute .
Now add chilli powder , turmeric powder , pepper powder , jeera powder, salt and garam masala .
Mix well for 1/2 minute.
Instantly add the rice and mix.
See to that the grains Don't break up.
Mix well and serve hot.
