Take chicken breast pieces in plain surface cover with plastic and bruise with hammer evenly
For Marination, take chopped garlic cloves, shezwan sauce, salt, black pepper and egg mix nicely and rub this masala over the bruise chicken breast pieces and left it for atleast half an hour for marinate
For Stuffing, take cottage cheese and processed cheese in a bowl add mixed herb, garlic and onion powder and salt and mix nicely
After 30 minutes fill the stuffing in chicken breast pieses and roll tighly and nicely(stuffing is not comes out)
Now heat oil in a pan and add one by one this rolls and shallow fry
When one side done flip this and cook other side
At time to serve sprinkle aome black and white roasted sesame seeds and pour some honey and shezwan sauce over tbe the top
