  • 2 cups par boiled rice with whole garam masala n salt. 3 cups shredded vegs like cabbage, cauliflower,n brinjal without skin. Onion chopped 2 Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp Tomato puree 1 cup Curd 1/2 cup Biryani masala...,, 2 tsp Garam masala powder 1 tsp Dhaniya powder 1 tbsp Red chilli powder as per taste. Salt Oil 5 tbsp ghee

Directions

  • 1. Boil rice 2. In a PAN add ghee , add onion, ginger garlic paste , tomato puree n all dry masala n cook till oil leaves. 3. In a chopper finely chop the vegetables,(brinjal without skin)n add in KADAI.. 4. On low flame add vegs n stir till cooker well. 5. Add curd n little . 6. Make layers of rice n Kheema n put it on dum for 20 minutes
