1/2 cup mango pulp 1/2 cup besan 1 1/2cups of butter milk 1/4 tsp haldi 1/2 tsp red chilli powder Salt to taste 1/4 tsp rai 1/2 tsp oil 1/2 Chilli flakes
In a non stick pan add the mixture of all the ingredients except oil rai and chilli flakes. 2. Keep stirring till you get a lump like. 3.On a greased thali spread this immediately to get a thin layer. 4. Cut Triangles once cooled. Sprinkle chilli flakes on that and add tempering if oil and rai. 5. Decorate it with corriander leaves..
