Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1/2 cup Soya granules Soaked hot water with salt


  • 250 grams of chopped mushroom


  • 3 onions finely chopped


  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic and chilli paste


  • 1 cup tomato puree


  • 1 tablespoon pav bhaji masala


  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder


  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder


  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder


  • 5 tbsp butter.

Directions

  • in heavy bottom pant heat butter
  • Add in finely chopped onions and saute till pink
  • add GGC paste
  • stir and add salt ,red chilli powder ,turmeric powder coriander powder,pav bhaji masala.
  • stir till l Aroma releases and add tomato puree
  • now cook this gravy for 15 minutes on slow till butter seperates .
  • Add mushrooms and soya granules.
  • Cook on medium high heat for a minute and add water 1 cup.
  • let it be for a minute and switch off the gas
  • Serve with blob of butter and pav.
