in heavy bottom pant heat butter
Add in finely chopped onions and saute till pink
add GGC paste
stir and add salt ,red chilli powder ,turmeric powder coriander powder,pav bhaji masala.
stir till l Aroma releases and add tomato puree
now cook this gravy for 15 minutes on slow till butter seperates .
Add mushrooms and soya granules.
Cook on medium high heat for a minute and add water 1 cup.
let it be for a minute and switch off the gas
Serve with blob of butter and pav.
