Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 nos cauliflower


  • 1 nos potato


  • 1 nos onion


  • 1 nos carrot


  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 2 nos bay leaves


  • 1 nos cinnamon stick


  • 3-4 nos black pepper


  • 2 nos cloves


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves


  • 1 tsp ginger


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 1/2 cups basmati rice

Directions

  • Wash basmati rice
  • Cut all the vegetables in desired shape
  • Heat oil in a pan crackle cumin seeds
  • Add bay leaves, cinnamon stick,black pepper,cloves and let them crackle
  • Add chopped onion saute it
  • Add all the chopped vegetables.saute it for some time
  • Now add red chilli powder turmeric powder and salt
  • Add rice then water as desired
  • Pressure cook it for two whistles
  • Garnish with coriander leaves
