Wash basmati rice
Cut all the vegetables in desired shape
Heat oil in a pan crackle cumin seeds
Add bay leaves, cinnamon stick,black pepper,cloves and let them crackle
Add chopped onion saute it
Add all the chopped vegetables.saute it for some time
Now add red chilli powder turmeric powder and salt
Add rice then water as desired
Pressure cook it for two whistles
Garnish with coriander leaves
