 Macaroni Topped With Chicken Kabab

Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 450 gms macaroni


  • 3 Kabab pieces ( deep fried and roughly shredded)


  • 1 pouch Maggi masala ( found inside the noodles packet)


  • 1 Chopped onion


  • 1 Chopped tomatoes


  • 1/2 tsp chilly 3


  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder


  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1/4 tsp Garam Masala powder


  • 3 curry leaves


  • Salt 2 taste


  • 900 ml water


  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce


  • 1 tsp soya sauce


  • 3 tbsp oil or butter

Directions

  • Boil the pasta with water and noodles masala. Drain it and keep aside. Reserve the broth.
  • Heat oil in a non stick pan, add curry leaves, onion and tomato. Allow the tomato to cook.
  • Add chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder and saute well. If the masala is too dry, add a cooking spoon full of reserved broth.
  • Add the tomato sauce, Soya sauce, salt and shredded kabab and mix well. Turn of the flame and allow the mixture to rest for a minute.
  • Add the macaroni and gently mix, making sure the masala is well coated with the macaroni.
  • Serve it hot
