Boil the pasta with water and noodles masala. Drain it and keep aside. Reserve the broth.
Heat oil in a non stick pan, add curry leaves, onion and tomato. Allow the tomato to cook.
Add chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder and saute well. If the masala is too dry, add a cooking spoon full of reserved broth.
Add the tomato sauce, Soya sauce, salt and shredded kabab and mix well. Turn of the flame and allow the mixture to rest for a minute.
Add the macaroni and gently mix, making sure the masala is well coated with the macaroni.
Serve it hot
