Ingredients

  • cooked rice.. 2 cups


  • chopped carrot..1/4 cup


  • chopped beans..1/4 cup


  • drumstick leaves.1/4 cup


  • spinach..1/4 cup


  • cooked green peas..1/4 cup


  • shallots..10


  • dried red chilli...2


  • ghee..2 tsp


  • Salt..1 tsp

Directions

  • Heat the Pan and pour the ghee and then add chopped shallots and fry it.
  • next add chopped carrot ,beans and little salt and saut it well
  • Next add cooked green peas and red chilly.
  • Mix all the ingredients and then add cooked rice
  • Close the lid and cook for 2 minutes in a low flame
  • Healthy, tasty, rice is rdy...
