Ingredients

Serves 2

  • cooked rice.. 2 cups

  • chopped carrot..1/4 cup

  • chopped beans..1/4 cup

  • drumstick leaves.1/4 cup

  • spinach..1/4 cup

  • cooked green peas..1/4 cup

  • shallots..10

  • dried red chilli...2

  • ghee..2 tsp

  • Salt..1 tsp

Directions

    Heat the Pan and pour the ghee and then add chopped shallots and fry it.

    next add chopped carrot ,beans and little salt and saut it well

  • 03

    Next add cooked green peas and red chilly.

  • 04

    Mix all the ingredients and then add cooked rice

  • 05

    Close the lid and cook for 2 minutes in a low flame

  • 06

    Healthy, tasty, rice is rdy...
