Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 bowls boiled rice


  • 1 bowls wheat dough


  • 1 nos finely chopped onion


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp red chilly powder


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala


  • 1 tsp oil


  • 1/2 tsp hing

Directions

  • Take a kadai and heat it.
  • Now put 1 tsp oil in it.
  • Add hing and chopped onion to it.
  • Saute it and add boiled rice and dry spices to it.
  • Mix it well so that they are combined to each other.
  • Now off the flame.
  • Now make little big balls of the dough.
  • Take 1 ball and with the help of the roller pin make small roti of it.
  • Now when the rice cools down then take 2 scoop of fried rice and stuff in it.
  • Now again make roti slowly slowly
  • Heat the tawa and brush it with oil.
  • put this roti on the tawa.
  • When it starts turning brown from the bottom then flip it.
  • Spread some ghee or oil on the parantha.
  • Flip it again and brush it with oil or ghee.
  • Now when it turns golden brown from both the side.transfer it on the plate.
