Take a kadai and heat it.
Now put 1 tsp oil in it.
Add hing and chopped onion to it.
Saute it and add boiled rice and dry spices to it.
Mix it well so that they are combined to each other.
Now off the flame.
Now make little big balls of the dough.
Take 1 ball and with the help of the roller pin make small roti of it.
Now when the rice cools down then take 2 scoop of fried rice and stuff in it.
Now again make roti slowly slowly
Heat the tawa and brush it with oil.
put this roti on the tawa.
When it starts turning brown from the bottom then flip it.
Spread some ghee or oil on the parantha.
Flip it again and brush it with oil or ghee.
Now when it turns golden brown from both the side.transfer it on the plate.
