Chicken 1/4 kg
Ginger paste 1 tsp
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Red chilli powder 1/4 tsp
Pepper 2-3 tsp
Fennal powder 1 tsp
Cinnamom powder 1/2 tsp
Curry leaf 15 nos
Wash chicken in tumeric water and keep separate
Heat oil /butter in pan add clove ,cinamom powder, pasted ginger fry upto its raw flavour change.
Then add pasted onion upto it colour change fry it.
Add tomato and stir for min
Now add cumin, pepper, chilli powder ,fennal powder and salt
Finally add chicken and water to cook
After switch off add paste of curry leaf and mix it.
Mix with rice. Its Ready to serve.
