Wash and clean rice properly. Soak it for 20 mins.
Clean and chop onion
Clean and cut the couliflower, potato, tomato, beans, carrot and capsicum in to cubes.
In a handi hear ghee and add all the whole garam masala and let it crackle.
Then add chopped onion to it and saute. Then add ginger garlic paste abd saute up to raw smell goes.
Now add tomatoes and all dry spices and saute in high flame for 3mins
Then add all the veggiea and saute up to dry.
Add soaked rice to it and add double the amount of hot water to it.
Cover and cook up to veggies and rice is cooked properly.
Finally add coriander and mint leaves and mix properly
Serve hot with raita
