Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • Rice- 1cup


  • Ghee- 2tbsp


  • Cumin- 1tsp


  • Green cardamom- 2


  • Clove- 2


  • Cinnamon- 1/2inch piece


  • Black cardamom- 1


  • Couliflower- 3florets


  • Carrot- 1medium


  • Beans- 4


  • Capsicum- 1/2


  • Potato- 1medium tomatoes- 2medium green peas- 1/4cup green chili- 2


  • Onion- 2medium


  • Ginger garlic paste- 1.5tbsp


  • Haldi- 1/4tsp


  • Red chili powder- 1/4tsp


  • Coriander powder- 1/4tsp


  • Cumin powder- 1/4tsp


  • Garam masala- 1/2tsp


  • Chopped coriander leaves- 3tbsp


  • Chopped mints- 3tbsp

Directions

  • Wash and clean rice properly. Soak it for 20 mins.
  • Clean and chop onion
  • Clean and cut the couliflower, potato, tomato, beans, carrot and capsicum in to cubes.
  • In a handi hear ghee and add all the whole garam masala and let it crackle.
  • Then add chopped onion to it and saute. Then add ginger garlic paste abd saute up to raw smell goes.
  • Now add tomatoes and all dry spices and saute in high flame for 3mins
  • Then add all the veggiea and saute up to dry.
  • Add soaked rice to it and add double the amount of hot water to it.
  • Cover and cook up to veggies and rice is cooked properly.
  • Finally add coriander and mint leaves and mix properly
  • Serve hot with raita
