Shreded the boiled chicken pieces in long strips and keep in a mixing bowl.
For mayo garlic mixture: In a mixing bowl add mayonnaise, garlic, green chilli paste, oregano, mix herbs, nutmeg powder, and sprinkle some salt on it, mix well and devide into two bowl
take shredded chicken add 1 devided bowl of mayonnaise, garlic and chilli marination and mix well. Keep aside for 10-15 minutes.
For White Sauce, Heat a pan, add butter. When it melts add maida in it and roast till 2 minutes, add milk in it. When it cooks and begins to thicken add other bowl of mayo, garlic, chilli paste sauce, and sour cream and mix
After 15 min take the tortilla one by one and arrange the marinated chicken in it. Roll it nicely. Make all rolls in the same way
When all the tortilla are done, arrange them in a greased baking dish. Spread the prepared white sauce over it and finally spread cheddar cheese and cover all tortillas nicely.
Now bake this in preheated oven on 180 -190* for 12-15 minutes or till the upper layer is light brown in colour.
Take it out sprinkle some chilli flakes and serve hot.
