Soak Chana Dal for 1 hour. Soak rice for 1/2 hour.
Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Add mustard seeds. When it splutter add hing, Chana Dal. Roast it until golden brown. Add peanuts, curry leaves, red chilli pieces. Saute all for 1 minute.
Remove water from rice. Mix and saute all. For 1 minute. Add 1.5 cup water (rice 1 cup then water 1.5 cup). Add turmeric, red chilli powder, Garam Masala and salt. Mix well.
Cover its lid. Cook it over medium to high flame until one whistle.
Turn off gas. Let it cool. Open the lid. Add lemon juice in it. Mix well. Chana Dal & peanuts lemon rice is ready to serve.
