In a bowl add samak rice flour and curd mix well.
In a wok add 1 tbsp ghee heat it add chopped green chilli saute it.
Now add flour and curd paste and mix continuously.
Now add 1½ cup water and stir well on high flame.
Now dough is ready. Switch off the flame.
Add crushed peanuts.
Add chopped coriander and mix well.
Make small balls with greased palm.
In a wok add ghee and shallow fry all the balls.
Now our Samak rice spongy balls are ready to serve with chutney.
