Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1 cup samak rice flour


  • 1 cup fresh curd


  • 1 tablespoon ghee


  • 2 green chilli chopped


  • 1 teaspoon salt


  • 1 1/2 cup water


  • 1/4 cup roasted peanut


  • 1/4 cup green coriander chopped


  • 4 tablespoon ghee

Directions

  • In a bowl add samak rice flour and curd mix well.
  • In a wok add 1 tbsp ghee heat it add chopped green chilli saute it.
  • Now add flour and curd paste and mix continuously.
  • Now add 1½ cup water and stir well on high flame.
  • Now dough is ready. Switch off the flame.
  • Add crushed peanuts.
  • Add chopped coriander and mix well.
  • Make small balls with greased palm.
  • In a wok add ghee and shallow fry all the balls.
  • Now our Samak rice spongy balls are ready to serve with chutney.
